Property Finance
We can arrange finance secured on commercial property, whether this is being purchased for your own use, or as an investment. Funds can be provided to assist with a purchase or a refinance.
We have access to funding from traditional banks and building societies, but also a number of private banks and specialist lenders, who only deal with a select number of intermediaries.
Commercial Mortgage loan terms of up to 30 years are available, with interest only or capital and interest repayment, and capital payment holidays can be arranged. Fixed and variable rates are available.
Development finance is also available, both for commercial and residential projects.
Banks have become much more cautious in their approach to property finance over the last few years, and it is now very difficult to source loans in excess of 70% of the property value.
However, we do have access to some specialist lenders who can help to stretch the Loan to Value ratio beyond this level.
